I approached House to Home Finishes hoping to find a miracle team who would turn my "bomb" of a unit into something special. Having never been involved in a renovation I was very nervous about the whole process. One meeting with Joumana and I knew I had found the right company. Joumana, Shane and the team took the stress of what I was feeling away and made the whole process as easy as possible. My unit was transformed into a beautiful, classy place by a professional and talented team. Very important to me is the integrity with which Joumana conducts herself and her business, and her genuine, friendly approach. She is incredibly knowledgeable and runs a great, like-minded team. The standard of work is of the highest calibre – there are no shortcuts with House to Home Finishes. The renovation was completed ahead of time by the team who worked on it like it was their own. I would absolutely recommend House to Home Finishes. Thank you Joumana, Shane, and all the team.

I cannot praise Joumana and the whole team from H2H finishes too highly. They have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The initial design process offered is perfect wether you want to be hands on or totally hands off. The negotiating of the various trades throughout our house was seamless and the on-site project management was perfect - we always felt that our property was respected and looked after. The quality of the trades H2H uses is exemplary. We felt in safe hands and although our house had lots of surprises waiting, Joumana and the team handled everything professionally and still delivered our keys back to us on the date promised. We will definitely be using House to Home for any future projects and have recommended them to friends and colleagues.

The team at House to home finishes were fantastic to do business with. They care about the quality of work, and use subcontractors who are reliable and his at their job. Our project finished on time and on budget and we have had ongoing contact since completion to make sure all is going well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of House to Home Finishes. As you could imagine, as first time renovators, we were naturally uncertain and also aware of all the horror stories you hear when it comes to renovation. But from the moment we met Joumana and her wonderful team we were put at ease by their professionalism and natural handling of the project. The team handled literally everything for us from one of the most difficult DA approval processes through two the execution of the build at self and including the interior design and architectural management, everything was taken care of. The project came in under budget and the team finished on exactly the day they said they would. This is seemingly unheard-of in construction! Aside from that they are just good people who care deeply about the outcome for the client and do a fantastic job of delivering an absolutely gorgeous house. There is no way I would ever use anyone else for renovation in Sydney.

Our experience has been unparalleled with House to Home. From the very early beginnings of conception of design, they guided us through the process. Even with a very difficult council to deal with, they helped us navigate through to getting a DA and building us a home that we are I love with. The attention to detail has been incredible. The whole team involved treated our build like they would their own home. The process was painless and stress free, and we came in under budget- how many people can say that these days about a substantial renovation! We would never consider using another company again. We look forward to renovating our garage together as our next project.

This is the second time in 9 years that we have used House To Home Finishes and we would not use anybody else. They take all the trouble out of organizing the various trades and Melanie who was our designer this time was excellent. She had great ideas for us and made sure everything happened when it should have. Amanda helped us to design several tricky and tight spaces in our semi-detached home renovation plans. We felt she listened to our concerns, wants and needs, and was always available to discuss any detail. Her suggestions, recommendations and overall designs have reflected this in providing us with the best outcomes for use of these spaces. We've enjoyed collaborating with her immensely and are excited to see these rooms come to life when we build our home.

We could not be happier with the renovation Joumana and the House2Home team did on our unit. It was a 1970s time capsule before being totally gutted and rebuilt – not a small job. Joumana’s team came up with a great floor plan, opening it all up to maximize the space and the view. Her designers recommended fixtures and fittings we probably would not have chosen without their guidance but they all look divine. And her tradies – the unsung heroes – not only did a great job but conducted themselves in a way that meant our neighbours in the unit block are still our friends. We found them to be always polite and cheerful, mindful of stop/start times and very careful to leave common areas clean and tidy at the end of every work day. You can take all of that for granted until you talk to people who still have bad blood with their neighbours because of how their tradespeople behaved during a renovation – we had none of that – Joumana has collected a great team around her. Even the best planned projects will have their challenges, and ours certainly did, but the end result is wonderful, and we would not have gotten there without Joumana and her team.

Professional design consultation. Efficient service. Designer complemented and understood me as a client, providing me with interesting alternatives that suited my taste and budget. The most important aspect in hindsight was the excellent consultation, being involved in every aspect of the process and feeling heard.

From the first visit I felt confident with House to Home. Melanie our designer was particularly patient and professional. She listened to what we wanted and guided us through the process of choosing everything. She was very particular with choices from the colours to the hardware and fittings. We are so very happy with our beautiful home and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our Interior Designer, Mary Jiang, was wonderful - a true professional and very easy to work with. She has a courteous, calm and very professional style. She was full of practical and stylish ideas / solutions to help achieve the look we were after within our budget constraints. She patiently worked through design ideas, understanding that as clients we needed to feel fully comfortable with the look, feel and price before moving forward. We are delighted with the style and functionality of our kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and pantry areas. We've received many compliments from family and friends on these areas as well as on the choice of wall and carpet colour - all a credit to Mary and the H2H team. Our experience so far with Senior Interior Designer Kate Day from ‘House to Home’ has been fantastic. We are in the middle of finalising our house plans at it has given me great comfort knowing Kate has been there to to help us through this.

They have been awesome. From the very first meeting in which they genuinely understood our wishes and needs, all the way through our project thus far. its been a delight. What is an arduous task is being made easier given how organised and efficient they are.

Very professional and cost effective. The team was very thorough and knowledgeable. Came up with new ideas during the process. Made us feel more confident in the project.

After seven months our renovation is complete. What we envisaged to be a terrifying, difficult time was surprisingly smooth sailing ..our biggest worry was our budget and renovating within the footprint of our 1890s Newtown terrace house,which always presents unexpected challenges. From a Home Show visit ,which introduced us to the Site Manager and associated House 2 Home team was indeed a best day.We felt relieved to have an experienced team to guide us through all the phases of our build which can be very daunting. From initial meetings with House 2 Home Jouman Moore ( who drove our Project from start to completion ,thank you)..assessing our requirements , to drafting architectural plans , DALodgement ,and securing and ensuring all compliance issues are covered, Scope of Works, Tender process to obtain a builder at a fixed price within our budget,and the day to day management of our project. To ensure a cohesive project we also appointed Joumans House to Home interior design team to design and finish internal finishes of our build.Thank you Nerys and Maddison for your patience and knowledge.Having people allocated to our job who are experienced in presentation and latest products and able to purchase these at best price was a huge relief and reduced the stress and saved us many hours by not having to source items for our build. With Joumana liaising with our builder Booma Constructions our project progressed swiftly and with no issues.Design and finishes by her team were of a high quality .Our builder was reliable,professional and well organised.Work performed by all trades was excellent. We are now enjoying our amazing transformed Terrace House which now utilises the space much more efficiently .Living spaces on the ground floor flow together.A new relocated kitchen well laid out,plenty of light via a skylight with high vaulted ceilings.Lounge area at rear of building overlooking garden has heaps of light via glass folding doors.By the removal of part of the wall with our new renovation to the front rooms of the house has resulted in these two spaces flowing together.Main bathroom making better use of the space with a huge skylight and the ensuite off the second bedroom being being extended over the new powder room on the ground floor has resulted in a very high end bathroom with loads of light from skylight. Would we do it again in the same manner.Yes! Our renovation delivered on time. Delivered within our budget.Delivered a new life style change which is impressive, Delivered extra value to our home ...we are sincerely appreciative of all your efforts and especially to Joumana who took on this challenging job and drove it to its amazing completion. Joumana and her team provide a full service experience for home renovations. From ideas and concepts through to final touches her team works heard to ensure the best products and looks are provided within your allocated budget. She co-ordinates all trades, something we just couldn't do ourselves. I highly recommend House to Home.

We made the decision to use House 2 Home for the simple reason is that we are not designers and this was our first big venture into the building process. I would recommend engaging H2H without hesitation, especially if you are looking for someone who has market contacts, market experience and can be your advocate should something not go exactly as you might have anticipated. I made the comment during the process that it became very obvious that the reputation of H2H relies upon the capability of others to perform. This was very true in our experience. We encountered a bit if a challenge with one supplier/contractor however I made it my mission not to become directly involved but rather leave it to the experts who have a vested interest of ensuring that the client (us) came to the end of the build satisfied with the end product. Joumana directed the process exactly as I would have hoped and this is testament to the pride that she has in her business. Joumana Moore and her entire H2H team speak with ‘one voice’ and this is of significant benefit in that everyone in the team is across your project. Anyone of the team can assist you, or at the very least get you a response, in a timely manner should you be time pressured and your principal contact is, for whatever reason, unavailable. Friendly, professional and a ‘can do’ attitude best describes this group of people who are House 2 Home.

I have just completed building a granny flat and extension to the rear of my home. The team at House to Home Finishes helped me enormously. They were easy to contact, clearly knew what they were talking about and had good contacts. They helped me choose interior and exterior colour schemes, floor coverings, tiles and various fixtures and fittings. I am more than happy to recommend them.

Complete kitchen renovation including the relocation of an external door and sanding / polishing existing floorboards in 2 rooms. All whilst we were away on holidays for 6 weeks. Company was very professional. The work done was of terrific quality. Dealing with the company whilst we were overseas was quite painless and they kept us informed every step of the way. Particular kudos goes to Maddison whom I dealt with a lot. She was always helpful, friendly and knew her customer service principles - which I did find lacking when dealing with another person in the company. So whilst there were a couple of issues during the clean up and defect reporting, they were (in the scheme of things) minor and were more to do with personality than workmanship. The finished kitchen is great and we have no qualms about recommending this company. In fact, we would use them again for our future bathroom renovation. The work really is top-notch and a testament to the Tradies they use.

Joumana and her team of employees and sub-contractors are very professional and pleasant to deal with. We engaged H2H for a a complete house renovation, inside and out. They are very professional and employ good project management practices. The estimations were pretty much spot on, and even though renovating is proving to be an expensive exercise, we can't say that we had any nasty surprises. If you want a stress free renovation executed by professionals, this is the place to call.

Joumana Moore receives a five star review from us and it is thoroughly deserved. Joumana has provided us with a total service including planning, design, building expertise, contact to suppliers, project management and has also covered off all of the little painful jobs that go with a renovation. Joumana has always kept our budget requirements in the front of her mind and has given us every opportunity to make decisions based around our budget while also making sure we get the design we have always wanted with a high standard finish. Joumana has been very flexible where we have made changes and provided excellent advice about how to proceed and the relative cost of things. Joumana is assisted by an excellent team of professionals that help co-ordinate the renovation. Our build is on schedule and on budget and we are very grateful that Joumana has lead the project and made life so much easier for us. We still have our sanity, the build and finish we wanted and its on budget – we are very very happy with Joumana’s service and would highly recommend her to others taking on a renovation journey.
