Indulge Renovations

It was fantastic working with Indulge Renovations! We love our new renovated bathrooms and bedroom. The design work by Li-Shan was wonderful - she is very insightful and creative, and she is a tremendously talented designer. Alan is a fantastic construction manager - easy to be in contact with him, and he is always helpful an upbeat. We would definitely give a wholehearted recommendation to Indulge Renovations!

We had a fantastic experience with Indulge Renovations on our bathroom remodel. Emily helped us design the space and pick out materials, and Alan handled the build. Both were responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. Whenever an issue came up, they quickly found a solution instead of letting it become a problem. The end result is a beautiful, sleek, modern bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with it. Highly recommend!

My kitchen and bathroom renovations were recently completed by Indulge and I couldn’t be happier with the finishes and the final look of these rooms. My house is a 135 year old terrace requiring updating, love and attention. Working with Alan and his team during the entire process was an easy and enjoyable experience, with all work completed on schedule and to a high standard. Alan and I worked well together when picking finishes and appliances to suit my style and requirements. I certainly recommend him to others.

I just completed my kitchen renovation with Indulge and Alan and I could not be happier. The final outcome was amazing but just as importantly the process was wonderful - Alan’s communication and support was awesome and his team of tradies were fantastic. Could not recommend more highly!

From concept, design and build the team were fabulous

I am delighted to have chosen Indulge Renovations for my kitchen and powder room renovation. Emily took the time to understood my style and the character of my home; she has created a design that feels both refined and completely in harmony with the space. Emily was incredibly patient with me throughout the process, guiding me thoughtfully through every decision — from layout to finishes — and ensuring every detail was carefully considered. She was very calm and her considered approach made the entire experience less overwhelming than I anticipated. The quality of the tradespeople’s workmanship is exceptional, and the project was delivered with a high level of care and professionalism. The finished spaces feel elegant, cohesive, and delightfully tailored to my home and my style. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend Indulge Renovations. I look forward to working with the Team again on the next part of my house.

The team at Indulge were very helpful and professional. Their service covered everything from initial design through to selecting appliances and then completing the build. The build quality was especially good and they did well coordinating all the different trades required. Would definitely recommend them for their expertise and professionalism.

We had the privilege of working with Li-Shan on the remodel of our two bathrooms and laundry, and the experience was exceptional. Li-Shan has an incredible design eye and an outstanding attention to detail. She communicated clearly and consistently with us throughout both the design and build process, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for design expertise paired with ease and professionalism, I highly recommend Indulge. In fact, we’ve already returned to Indulge for additional smaller projects around our home!

Indulge Renovations completed a full renovation of our two-bedroom apartment, including a complete kitchen and living area overhaul and two bathrooms (one with a laundry), and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. Alan was great to work with from start to finish, professional and approachable. Having him as both designer and project manager made the process far smoother. He helped shape our vision and ideas into a clear, cohesive design and guided us through choices in a calm, practical way. The quality of Alan’s builders and contractors really stood out. The workmanship is excellent, with a high level of finish, and any minor issues along the way were sorted without hassle. The renovation has completely transformed what was a tired apartment into a home we genuinely love living in. We’d happily recommend Indulge Renovations and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Alan again.

From our first meeting with Alan we were really impressed with his ideas, his enthusiasm and how easy he was to communicate with. He quickly developed an understanding of our vision and aesthetic. His design expertise backed by an up to date knowledge of products, techniques, finishes etc meant that at the end of the design stage we were confident and excited that the design would meet all our requirements and more. Previous experience had taught us that there can be a big difference between design and execution, but we did our due diligence, took a deep breath and commenced our renovation. We couldn’t have been more delighted with the way it went. The teams workmanship was outstanding. Minor issues along the way were resolved quickly and without stress. The implementation of the design has been exactly as we envisaged. Additionally, the work was undertaken in an inner city suburb with close neighbors and extremely limited parking and the team was considerate, flexible and accommodating to both us, and our neighbors. We are thoroughly enjoying our new spaces and looking forward to undertaking a second phase with Alan and the team.

Alan is a gem. That was clear from our first phone call. What became clear over a year of working with him is that he has assembled a team of all stars. Every single contractor who worked on our renovation was both lovely and exceptionally capable. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly. You're in safe hands. Enjoy.
