She was very calm and her considered approach made the entire experience less overwhelming than I anticipated. The quality of the tradespeople’s workmanship is exceptional, and the project was delivered with a high level of care and professionalism. The team at Indulge were very helpful and professional. Their service covered everything from initial design through to selecting appliances and then completing the build. We had the privilege of working with Li-Shan on the remodel of our two bathrooms and laundry, and the experience was exceptional. Li-Shan has an incredible design eye and an outstanding attention to detail. Indulge Renovations completed a full renovation of our two-bedroom apartment, including a complete kitchen and living area overhaul and two bathrooms (one with a laundry), and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. From our first meeting with Alan we were really impressed with his ideas, his enthusiasm and how easy he was to communicate with. He quickly developed an understanding of our vision and aesthetic. His design expertise backed by an up to date knowledge of products, techniques, finishes etc meant that at the end of the design stage we were confident and excited that the design would meet all our requirements and more. Previous experience had taught us that there can be a big difference between design and execution, but we did our due diligence, took a deep breath and commenced our renovation. We couldn’t have been more delighted with the way it went. The teams workmanship was outstanding. Minor issues along the way were resolved quickly and without stress. The implementation of the design has been exactly as we envisaged. Additionally, the work was undertaken in an inner city suburb with close neighbors and extremely limited parking and the team was considerate, flexible and accommodating to both us, and our neighbors. We are thoroughly enjoying our new spaces and looking forward to undertaking a second phase with Alan and the team.

Alan is a gem. That was clear from our first phone call. What became clear over a year of working with him is that he has assembled a team of all stars. From the moment we met Alan, we knew we were in the right hands. Our project was a big one – renovating the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom, plus knocking out a few walls. Alan and his team did an incredible job on our project from start to finish We did a huge renovation on our 3 bedroom double storey home which included our powder room,kitchen, laundry, living room, family room, ensuite and we also added a butlers pantry, we Had new floorboards installed and painting, Paul and the Tradesmen were absolutely professional on everything they did, We highly recommend Alan and Indulge Renovations, and absolutely love Everything especially the new breakfast bench i could not be more pleased With my ‘new home’ and my thanks goes Out to Alan and his team for their Professional work manship.
