Peter & the team at Innerbuild have undertaken two major renovations of our Federation, heritage covered home over the years. They continue to be available for any minor maintenance (which has been minimal) & we couldn't be happier with the quality of their work, reasonable pricing and excellent communications. Quotation pricing has always been adhered to with no unexpected variations and the work has consistently been started and completed in the estimated timeframe. Innerbuild helped me carry out a range of renovation projects on my old Federation-Style home, ranging from external facade upgrades, installing a new concrete driveway, erecting security gates and general repairs to aging woodwork. At all times Innerbuild showed the utmost professionalism, delivering all work to the high standard that I expect and always in a timely manner. The various trades all demonstrated excellent technical skills and had a good understanding of what influences long-term performance of building elements. Peter was able to call on the necessary resources to perform the range of tasks involved, and took a close personal interest in overseeing and even participating in elements of the job. He also took acre of all necessary approvals and liaison with council. The ultimate proof of the pudding was when I was able to sell the property shortly afterwards, for a price that reflected the excellent overall condition and appearance of the house.
