Jervo Renovations

We have engaged Ilya for our recent home renovations and general maintenance which include reorganising our garage access from laundry into the Kitchen to the corridor, and convert the laundry into butler's pantry cum laundry. Additionally, Ilya also has replaced / repaired the cladding around house where needed. During this assignment, we found Ilya to be very thorough and attention to the detail on what he does. Ilya is always easy to talk to and explain on our ideas. More importantly we found that he offers his expert advice if he thinks that something need to be considered in the process. He is always open and transparent with what he does. No surprise that, we are planning to engage him for our ongoing renovations. We would happily recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality of service and commitment.

I can't recommend Jervo highly enough. Ilya and Vlad renovated a kitchen, bathroom, laundry, ensuite and verandah of an old and structurally challenging house. There was often need to adapt plans and to think of new ideas. Ilya's professional ism came through in always discussing alternatives, and – if possible – more cost effective ones. The Jervo team of Ilya and Vlad not only work hard on a project but are real craftsmen who take time - when needed - to achieve a quality result. I'm looking forward to continuing projects with Jervo.

My wife and I are elderly and have found it difficult to access the bottom shelves in our kitchen cupboards, Jervo replaced the shelves with drawers that fitted in perfectly with our desires. Ilia was most professional and delightful to work with, Most hichly recommended.

Ilya, of Jervo Renovations, spotted cracks in my cornices I had not noticed before. Made what I thought would be a complicated job easy and fixed little problems all over the house where some trademen could not be bothered. Very easy to deal with. I don't usually trust tradesmen but Ilya put me at ease from the start. I would definately use Jervo again. In fact I am using Jervo for another small reno soon.
