We recently had a deck put on the front of our house by Khadye Design & Construct. A very seamless process from design to approvals and then throughout the build with consistent communication along the way. An excellent, high quality finish that we have enjoyed this summer.

Michelle and Monish are not only great builders & designers, but lovely people too. There was regular communication and visits during the project, and they were flexible around our family needs. Very professional team who undertook a design and construct contract for us with three separate scopes. The Khadye team were all across the work and could discuss it with us. Very family friendly and open to resolving design issues with common sense and in keeping with the character of the house. Very few defects with all proactively resolved prior to completion with Monish spotting most of them. Plus they finished ahead of schedule.

From our initial meeting Monish and Michelle were very helpful and professional with ideas and explanations. They listened to our requests and provided options to suit our planning and budget. Our Body Corporate Committee engaged Monish from Khadye Design & Construction to refurbish the common areas of our 8 unit multi-story residential complex. The Works program included preparation and painting of all rendered surfaces, soffits, gutters and fascia, steel awnings/screens and steel columns. All balustrades were removed for powder-coating away from the site and the driveway and parking bays were re-coated. Throughout the project, a dedicated Supervisor/Carpenter on-site was provided, as the first point of contact to ensure a high level of co-ordination between the Trades and Residents. Monish was very impressive from our first meeting, with his knowledge and understanding of the job at hand. His attention to detail throughout was noticeable and appreciated. Practical Completion - On Time and Under Budget. As the Body Corporate Chairperson, I would have no hesitation in the future of recommending the Services Khadye Design & Construction.

Khayde were fantastic from start to finish. Always accommodating with everything from arranging suitable times to complete the project around my work schedule to the materials being used. We were fortunate to have Khadye Design& Construction recently complete a beautiful bathroom renovation in our home. They also demolished old tiles throughout our hallway kitchen and dinning areas and restored the beautiful timber floors hidden underneath. From the first time Monish came to our home to quote our renovation we were impressed by his professionalism, courtesy, honesty and obvious knowledge of his trade. Michelle was a tremendous help to us in the design process. We were kept well informed during the construction of our renovation and all tradesmen were always on time and their work exemplary. All care was taken by all involved to take good care of our home. We have no hesitation in recommending Khadye Design and Construction.

Monish and Michelle updated two bedroom wardrobes and our linen/pantry cupboard. Our focus was more usable space, practicality and obviously to modernise. Monish and Michelle were the first company to offer to remove our entire cupboards (including frames) and re-build it from scratch. This was all done for a similar price to other quotes (who were simply going to replace the internal structures and keep the framework the same). We are very happy with the work we received. Monish was a great guy to chat with while he worked and Michelle was often calling us to discuss plans. We felt very comfortable dealing with them. The cupboards turned out perfectly. We now have sliding doors to aid in space for our small hallway; cupboard space all the way to the ceiling, long hanging dress space and full length mirrors to brighten the room. Highly recommended these lovely and talented people.
