Exceptional service. Following the pre-purchase building inspection of an existing property, the building inspector recommended that I should seek advice and recommendations from a structural engineer. During cooling-off, I contacted Matt from Metamorphosis Engineering to request for his urgent assistance. Matt was asked to review some of the major defects described in the detailed building inspection report. Amongst the various defects found, the building inspector had identified a long horizontal crack along the vertical face of the slab footing of the house, from which I needed structural assessment by an engineer. I provided Matt with the building inspection report which also consisted of relevant photos to review. Within a short time frame, a full written assessment with very comprehensive observations, discussion and recommendations was completed and sent to me. Excellent job. I would highly recommend their services.
