Last April we finished building our marvelleous federation style house with Northwest Group. Lui, the Managing Director, and his team, made it the easiest project ever. Mind you, when you build a (large) house with pool from scratch there are always hiccups and a lot of decisions to make but Northwest Group managers, workers and advisers (including their in-house interior designer) were always ready to assist and suggest solutions. We couldn’t choose a better builder! When we started our “journey” we heard a lot of scary stories about unprofessional builders, hidden costs etc. Northwest Group was very professional and we did not get any bad surprises. Northwest Group built our federation style house to our specs, design and satisfaction. They also fixed several mistakes made by the architect we hired (not part of Northwest Group) during the design phase. Unfortunately we asked the architect to design the house without consulting at the same time with the builder and so he had to fix the issues during the building phase. The company manager, Lui, was very professional and thorough. He was very courteous and always available to discuss issues and suggest ways to improve the design and the construction. We have now the most beautiful house in Rockdale thanks to his company! Highly recommend Northwest Construction Group.
