Guy and the team are fantastic to work with. Our renovation looks great and has improved our way of life hugely! The team is always easy to talk to and ready to help.

Refresh Renovations did the best renovation on my flat - so creative, so well-priced, so precise and careful and with so much kindness and professionalism. And on time and to budget. All of their team members are expert at what they do - design, colours, electrical, building, plumbing, floorboards etc, and Refresh really listen to what you want and what you can afford and advise you accordingly. Very, very highly recommended. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

After attempting for the past 2 years to organise a renovation of this 1930s apartment in Potts Point we sought quotes from another 4 companies.The approach from Guy Allenby from Refresh was different from the others.Being aware of the likely difficulties in an old building he arranged for onsite visits by his plumber,electrician & builder so a detailed & accurate quote was obtained.The other quotes did not have anything close to this level of detail & some were more expensive than Guy’s quote. There was a schedule of for the registered trades people with an accurate timeline . Guy was always available & was very involved in the process. The quality & experience of his trades people was excellent & in particular his builder Dimitri who oversaw all the work. Guy & Dimitri helped us go through a difficult application for permission to renovate from The Board of the company title building & liaised with the Boards representatives through out.They were complimented by these representatives as being very professional & accomodating of the buildings requirements/regulations.There was a minor delay in the schedule & a very small extra cost due to problems with the concrete floor- not seen until all the carpet & magnesite was removed.Other castings were less than quoted & Guy reduced the total accordingly. Guy arranged for some assistance from an interior designer as the kitchen space was difficult to arrange. We were well informed throughout & the Buildertrend app is fabulous. We are extremely delighted with this major renovation- new plumbing,new wiring,new lighting,new kitchen(some joinery from a different company),new bathroom,new floor & painting. We cannot praise Guy highly enough& recommend Refresh absolutely.

I have been working with Guy from Refresh Renovations for the last year on select projects that involve my space planning and interior design services. Guy is understanding of clients needs which is driven by his ability to listen and then communicate this information to all of the other professionals working on the job. I have enjoyed working with Guy and look forward to future projects together.

All I can say is wow - Guy and the team at Refresh Renovations where a godsend for the renovation and looking after our client. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they where always helpful and courteous - can't recommend them highly enough!!!
