When we first started thinking about renovating our home, the idea of working out a design, looking at colours and materials, sourcing trades people, liaising with them all, ensuring the project was running smoothly, became overwhelming very quickly. Thankfully we found refresh renovations, who took all this on and all the worry out! From the initial consultation, we felt at ease and our experience only got better with each step. Andre and Connie have this amazing ability to see your vision, understand your dream and somehow make it even better. Their professionalism, knowledge, passion and friendliness, made working with them an absolute delight. Everyone we have discussed our renovation with has had the same two questions, let me answer them here: 1 How over quote did the job go? Our job was as quoted. There was a minor cost to fix an existing non compliant tap, but this was totally out of everyone's control. 2 How far over did they go with handover? Our project was delivered within 3 days of expected time, which is amazing! Not only do we highly, highly recommend Andre and Connie, We would suggest that if you're looking to renovate you include them for a consultation - you won't regret it. Thank you for giving us our dream home (and we didn't even have to move)

Andre, Connie and team (Jason, Jordan and others) did a great job on our garage to home office conversion - their level of communication throughout the process was exceptional and all staff who were on site to help deliver the service were highly skilled and lovely to deal with.

Our bathroom was unusable when we bought the house, so we decided to completely gut it and start from scratch. Refresh were an amazing team from start to finish. The whole project was completed to a high quality. The excellent communication through every stage of the project made it less stressful for us knowing we were being looked after. I would highly recommend Refresh to anyone wanting to renovate their home.

We employed Andre to build a Garage and Decking (the Garage had complication due to the Land Sloping) At the start there were some small problem, but as the Job progressed Andre and his Team were total Professionals in ALL ways and very Good to work with. As Covid caused many many problems for Andre and his Team, but they worked tirelessly to get the project completed (thanks). We cannot recommend Andre (and his Team) highly enough, and are thankful for all that they did for us. steve (from Sunbury)

The job involved creating an upstairs area by adding 2 extra bedrooms, as well as removing interior walls to open up the existing space and creating a new kitchen. They were very professional. Andre worked closely with us to ensure the new work would meet our expectations & needs.

Highly do not recommend. Lots of promises zero delivery. Paid for the initial "design" which was looked like it come from Sim City. Requested that he made amendments to it but never delivered. Kept pushing back the renovations start date, promised a reno duration that his builder could not deliver (i had to separately confirm with his builder if the build timeframe was plausible and as suspected, was told it wasn't). Had no choice but to use another builder after months of waiting for him to deliver on a final design. Absolute hot mess and waste of money.
