We recently completed a major renovation project in central London with Urban Living (Harry, Jinder and the team), transforming a dated property into beautiful, modernised home. The project included a loft conversion with a new bedroom and ensuite, a full refurbishment with a new kitchen, bathrooms, understairs WC, new floors, ceilings, electrics, central air conditioning, boiler, soundproofing, fitted wardrobes, and smart switches/ sockets. Overall, we're very satisfied with the final result and would happily recommend Jinder and his team.

Living in a house while a major project like an extension is being done is never easy. However Saab and his team were fantastic, they really looked after our house and needs, as well as being respectful of the fact that it's also a home, and not just a job. The whole team were lovely and a pleasure to be around. Saab (as project manager) was very calming of any concerns and dealt with everything in his stride, there was very little stress at all with him in charge. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and the finished extension and kitchen look fantastic, we are so happy with it.

Urban Living helped us with our project which includes ground floor rear extension and full house refurbishment. Preet and Sabhi’s team was great to work with from start to finish. They kept us updated on a weekly basis of progress on site via our weekly meetings and kept the site as clean and tidy as possible. Urban living completed a loft extension for us. The project came in on time, to budget, and to our satisfaction. The quote was the most detailed, appropriate, and thorough of the ones we received. The team on site were easy to work with and very accomodating of changes and suggestions. They kept the site as clean and tidy as they could each day and work really hard throughout the extremely cold winter. I would have liked a more complete project plan to include when client deliverables were required so we could order in time, but the project was not held up, so that was a nice-to-have. We completed a loft conversation and separate bathroom refurbishment with Urban Living. Raf and the team of builders were incredible throughout, keeping us up-to-date with progress, discussing options and being respectful of our house. In fact, we didn’t need to move out during the work - testament to the professional way the team operated. The end result is stunning and draws many compliments from visitors. We found the pricing very competitive and nothing was too much trouble for the team. As an example, we had to make adjustments to the wall lighting in the bathroom and the bedroom, and this was done with no fuss despite the additional work and inconvenience. I would happily use the team for all future renovations.

We used Preet's team for our ground floor extension in West London and upstairs utility installation. The work was completed to a high standard of finish (everyone always comments how good the herringbone tiles look!) and was competitively priced / completed to the original contracted cost. We were also really happy with the communication from the team throughout the project, they were always happy to answer questions and amend plans / add work where requested, nothing was ever too much trouble. They worked well with the other contractors (kitchen, fireplace, windows etc), which ensured the whole project went smoothly. Special thanks to Preet and our foreman, Rash, for building us such a lovely space to live in.

We used Urban living to undertake a substantial renovation and extension of our house in Wandsworth Common, SW London over 3 floors. The work entailed demolition of all previous internal rooms and fittings, stripping out and replacing all bathrooms, heating and electrical wiring. The project also included construction of a new 5 meter rear extension with large lantern roof and thin frame rear sliding doors to garden as well as new 2 meter front porch. All this work required installation of 6 Steel beams in place of supporting walls, new interior walls, doors, sound proofing, insulation plastering and external rendering and painting. The work was carried out efficiently in a period of just 5 months to a very high standard of quality at a competitive rates. The Contractor and his team were extremely helpful at every stage of the project and always willing to accommodate changes along the way. The work has transformed the property from top to bottom. In addition, the contractor provided an excellent interior design service which, together with the building work, has succeeded in creating a unique and stylish ambience to the house. An outstanding service.

We used Urban Living to build a single storey side extension (study, toilet and utility room) and a loft conversion (double bedroom and ensuite bathroom), together with some remodelling of other parts of the house. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. Preet, Rav and their team have done an excellent job, completed on time and on budget. Communication from the team was excellent, and they were polite, tidy and immensely hardworking (they would often work over the weekends). Attention to detail was very good and the work is finished to a very good standard. Additional pieces of work we requested were no problem and competitively priced. We would certainly recommend.

We have just had a single storey extension, a new utility room / shower room and first floor bathroom refurbishment for us . The team were great , Sebastian kept us in the loop throughout the build with regular meetings. The finish especially the carpentry / tiling / bespoke joinery was high end. Raf and his team delivered a high quality refurbishment and ground floor extension of our 1970s townhouse. He kept us updated on a weekly basis of progress on site and also gave us a heads up when we needed to be ordering items such as tiles, roof lights, bathroom and white goods. The craftsmanship on all aspects but particularly tiling, plastering, carpentry and brickwork was first class. Above all our on-site team were helpful, considerate of neighbours, friendly and polite. Changes to design were agreed in regular meetings and there were no unexpected surprises with cost or timeline. Aftercare and small snagging details have been handled promptly and with great attention to detail. Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommend Urban Living London.

Urban Living have just completed an extension and renovation in our home and we are absolutely delighted with the result. As well as extensions to the side and back of the house, the team created a new bathroom, renovated our sitting room and knocked 2 rooms together to create a new bedroom. They did all of this within the estimated time scale, even starting the project earlier than expected so that it was complete earlier than expected as well. The only changes to the budget were agreed as a result of additional work that I requested. We are very happy with the quality of the work done by Preet and his team. They completed all the work in the original specification, as well as some additional work which I requested during the project. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship and the politeness of the team ,I would most certainly recommended urban Living to my friends. They finished our build ahead of time and were very obliging with our requests for small alterations to the plan. I am planning a loft conversion later this year and will use them again.

Urban carried out a loft conversion and a replacement under stairs toilet. Our worry was that we had only ten weeks to get everything completed due to family commitments and everything was finished on time with high professionalism and excellent project management. I was very pleased with the way the worked out. The company was recommended by our architect who kept a close eye on the work and the team were first class. The project started promptly and was completed on time. I am so glad that I had the work done as it's transformed the house, well beyond what I had imagined would be possible.

The best thing about the whole experience was the team who actually did the build. Antoni and his guys were faultless. They were polite, punctual, hard working (5 1/2 days a week!) and true craftsmen who took pride in their work and delivered amazing quality. I would not hesitate in recommending.
