“Shire Build was recommended to us for our home renovation which included a second story addition. From our very first meeting with Craig we felt comfortable and knew we would be in safe hands. From start to finish, Craig, Billy and team kept us up-to-date with how things were progressing, as well as what was coming up and decisions we needed to make to ensure things stayed on track (and we thought we were super organised!). Through regular on-site meetings we were able to see how our new home was coming to life as well as ask any questions and for their opinions and recommendations when it came to some of the detail. Throughout the process the team was professional, courteous, approachable and tidy. Nothing was too hard, no question was too silly. Not only did they complete the build within their estimated timeframe (even with Christmas and Covid in the mix), they also understood our budget. Even our neighbours commented on how considerate they were during construction, and we constantly have passers-by stop us to comment on our new home and compliment the design and construction.
