“Last year I had some time in-between 2 jobs and decided to build something that I always dreamed of - a garden studio. This was quite a challenge but I really enjoyed it. Where I needed help the most was in decorating the finish product. I'm good with a drill, but when it comes to choosing colours, I'm at lost. And Jo came to the rescue! The brief was simple. I wanted a modern urban man cave with plywood and all that cool Shoreditch style. Jo first selected the main colour which is a deep blue, and some amazing William Morris wallpaper. I was a bit sceptical about the latter but the end result is fabulous. She organised some shelvings and storage with oiled OSB doors, suggested leaving the raw plywood flooring and helped me selecting a nice Scandinavian desk. The end result is exactly ... me! Thanks a million Jo for this outstanding help!”

“Firstly, I would like to thank Flavio Da Costa, Murilo (project manager) & his team for their work on our 3 bed property – they were amazing! Throughout the 4 month process, the work was progressing faster than schedule, as well as keeping to a very high standard. We had undertaken a whole house refurbishment - which includes but not limited to; wall demolishment’s, full house electrical rewiring, flooring, door replacements, decorating, bathroom, heaters, skirtings, stair bannister, kitchen – basically everything possible! Flavio & his team not only performed the work we requested, but it is evident they care about their work, and their work is not ‘just a job’. We were kept well informed throughout the process; communication was clear, fair and prompt. Flavio & his team were recommended to us from a friend, and I can see why becuase we are very happy with the entire process and final output – we would 100% recommend this company for any jobs you may have (big or small!).”

“We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. “It is with huge pleasure that we provide a high recommendation for Paragon. They added a master bedroom, en-suite, walk in cupboard, loft conversation and rear extension to our existing home. “To set the scene : we are mid-way through construction, to renovate & extend of our Victorian terrace in East London. We've had Seán and Stephen Ltd as our architects for 18 months so far. My wife and I are complete novices to design & construction, and Seán and Stephen have expertly and supportively guided us through each stage, enabling us to really enjoy every part of creating our new home. I would happily recommend this professional practice to family and friends. They were great at helping to bring some of our own design preferences to life using plans, 3D models, and interactive virtual room design tools. But they also have challenged our thinking too, leading us to add in a number of amazing and creative features that we would never otherwise have considered. Seán and Stephen created an extremely thorough and professional Design & Access Statement to help explain our project to the local planners. As a direct result of the quality of S&S’s planning pack our application (which proposed various potentially contentious items such as a basement, lightwell, and dormer) was approved without a single significant amendment. Since the contractor began the works Seán and Stephen have project managed every aspect of the construction programme, providing us with detailed weekly updates and explaining everything to us in layman’s terms. They consistently fight our corner with the contractor on a number of technical and cost-related issues which gives us real confidence that the project is in safe hands. So far we have enjoyed a stress-free project thanks to their project management skills”

“Prestige build and management undertook a complete renovation of our Victorian house in Plumstead last year. We found every member of the team a pleasure to work with. The quality of each of the trades - tiling, electrics, plumbing and building was excellent. The team were interested in achieving the aesthetic we wanted and advised us on some of our slightly naive ideas and material choices to deliver what we wanted. The whole team were clean, efficient trustworthy and personable. The office team were also really efficient and helpful to deal with. They were willing to work with us when we had cash flow issues with the bank which, on a major project, is invaluable for any home owner. We also had significant regulatory issues with a basement conversion and Jay and his team persevered to get the project completed despite the obstacles. I would say that price wise they are on the upper end of the spectrum but you get the quality and service you pay for and for us it was worth every penny.”

“Recommended to me by a friend of mine. We contracted SEDCO for architectural and structural plans for our new kitchen extension and dormer loft conversion for our terraced house in Barnet. They really went out of their way to educate us on the prior information we needed as this was our first time having major work done to our home. They also helped immensely during the process of our extensions being built and they kept our builders on track and managed to sort out a few issues they had on site swiftly, taking the stress out of it. I can’t tell you enough how me and my wife are delighted with the results and our kitchen space has transformed into a beautiful and practical space, especially when we have guests around. We were very grateful.”
