    “Gary, Ian and the Custombuilt Homes team designed and built our family home in the Perth Hills. The idea of building our own home was initially overwhelming for us, not having built before, but from the moment we met Gary to the day the keys were handed over, we were treated professionally and with respect. Custombuilt Homes were also very efficient in the build, completing things promptly, even having people work on public holidays to get things done. We are very happy with the home Gary and the team designed and built for us and we would recommend them to anyone with a difficult site, or building in the hills.”

    “I engaged Refresh renovations Perth to open up my kitchen/dining/lounge/study into a larger space and modernise it. They took care of the engineering, planning, building and finishing. My experience with them was very, very good and I highly recommend their services. They engaged great planners and designers and their tradespeople were top notch. The build went smoothly and I was informed of progress regularly and consulted regularly. Nothing was too much trouble with them or their trades.
