“Our builder used Sam and buildpartners in the build of our family home. Sam was extremely professional and helpful. Sam does all his hard work upfront, his initial quote was very accurate and supported with detailed quotations from trades. During the build process Sam was prompt in responding to any request for variation schedules and offered his professional opinion were requested by us or our builder. We would recommend Sam and use him again for any future builds.”

“After having an amazing extension done by Brilliant SA two years ago, a project completed 1 week before the scheduled completion date, we didn't even bother to get quotes from other companies when we were ready to do a kitchen and bathroom renovation this year. The designer listened carefully to what we wanted and her first design was superb, so we needed to ponder no further. Our project involved the removal of asbestos, eliminating 3 walls and amalgamating the existing toilet and bathroom, with a reconfiguration of the rooms. Brilliant SA only employ polite, respectful, skilled tradespeople - people we would gladly invite over for a meal, so it was a delight to have them working at our home. Our project manager had the most incredible attention to detail and was able to short circuit anything that was drifting off course. He was on site most days and kept us informed of the process and any deviations from the original schedule. The final result is a stylish and very functional kitchen invoking a 'Wow, that's an amazing result,' from everyone, with a similar reaction to the bathroom. We encourage others not to go for the cheapest quote, but to go with a company that will provide quality work in a timely fashion, undertaken by people who are delightful to have around. We wouldn't go anywhere else after having two fantastic projects completed by Brilliant SA. Thank you so much for creating a space in which we are both comfortable and aesthetically delighted!”

“Great Job Matt and the boys. Finesse have a great team lead by Hayden and every trade seems as though they are the best at what they did. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality builder. We extended over 150m2 of new living space including an en-suite, main bathroom new kitchen and laundry, it also included a separate media room and outdoor kitchen and an 80m2 deck! The entire extension has Hydronic "in floor" heating under a polished concrete slab. The main living area has a 4.5m ceiling with a "Big Ass Fan" spanning over 3m. the building achieved a very high Energy rating of over 7. We also added a 25m undercover concrete driveway to finish it off. Throughout the recommendations of the team were invaluable and the build went without a hitch. Andrew”

“We hired Samalex to build a major house renovation. The renovation took 9 months, which we lived in the house while these renovations were taking place. The builder was very comprehensive, a good communicator, engaged us at every step, and gave us advice when we were unsure. He did everything we asked him too. He built a beautiful renovation, using quality materials and paying very close attention to detail. His business partner was extremely helpful with design concepts, colour selection and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Both are nice people who are passionate about what they do and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. The builder put in very long a hours at times to ensure the job got done in as little time as possible.”
