“I had the pleasure of meeting Jarryd late 2018 and he provided a quote to rebuild our BBQ area building which houses the pool filters, shower and kitchen. Unfortunately it needed total rebuilding due to extensive damage by termites. Construction started in February and was completed within a couple of weeks. Jarryd and his team at Tide Constructions were totally professional in all aspects. Always polite and nothing that I asked them to do over and above what was quoted was a problem. I would not hesitate to engage his services for any projects.”

“The Civic Steel Homes team made the whole process of building our dream home on our block of land (with a difficult sandstone substrate) so easy and straightforward. Neither my husband nor I had built a new house before, and we were guided through the necessary steps and assisted in making all the decisions by the friendly, experienced and professional team, including a sales manager, in-house architect, colour consultant, accounts manager and a project manager all working in harmony to ensure our wishes were fulfilled. The results did justice to the magnificent views from our property, as you can see from the photos. Civic Steel Homes followed up after handover to make sure we were perfectly satisfied with every detail.”

“Kamile has been an exceptional consultant throughout the design and building process for our new family home. Kamile met with us at very little notice and was very patient and transparent with the process. There was no pressure applied and we felt very comfortable and confident that Kamile would be the right person to help us build our home. Our house is a custom build and Kamile allowed us to sketch our dream and maintained its integrity, whilst making very practical and future-proof suggestions to the design. We had numerous in person meetings and Kamile was very accomodating and very clearly explained each step in the process. She provided us with unbiased information and options but also helped us to make decisions when it was needed. Kamile was always contactable and true to her word - she always happily responded to our questions or queries promptly and never made us feel like we were being too demanding! She went above and beyond to discuss ideas, changes and technicalities with the building team on our behalf and we cannot fault her communication. We feel like Kamile was personally invested in our dream home and she exudes passion and enthusiasm for her work. She has been a pleasure to work with and we are very grateful for her services.”

“Lio at Look Homes has just finished construction of our new home. We are extremely happy with the finish & standard of workmanship. We have previously gone through the process of building a home 4 times & this was the most stress free & pleasant we have experienced and the job was completed earlier than the estimated finish date. Lio is professional at all times, pleasant, punctual, always returns calls promptly and the processes he has in place ensures all selections for colours, tiles etc are completed well before start of construction ensuring no delays. He is on site constantly liasing with the sub-contractors with whom he appears to have a good working relationship. Our home came in on budget, with no hidden extras.”

“Shane Earle and his team from Queensland Heritage Restorations undertook the rather complex renovation of my home, and I cannot praise their work highly enough. They had the difficult task of joining a 120 year old removal house on to my existing equally old house, and have not only risen to every challenge thrown at them - 100 year old church Leadlights in the dining room? Arched doors from an old convent? A reading nook with a fixed leadlight? And on it goes....and they even came up with ideas of their own that have value-added in a big way. It's the attention to detail and justifiable pride in the quality of their work that has made all the difference in turning what could have been a nightmare renovation into something remarkably stress-free and truly spectacular. Shane's word is his bond, and his direct, frequent and inclusive communication has made working with him and his team an absolute pleasure. I had every confidence that they were as committed to making my dream a reality as I. The result is even better than what I had hoped for, and a home that even 6 months after completion still has cars stopping for strangers to call out compliments and take photos. Thank you so much, guys!! Kudos well deserved!!”
