In conclusion, Hertzler Brothers is not just a home builder. Hertzler Brothers has developed a signature building craft that showcases an art which lives on for many years. Just ask anyone who is living a Hertzler home built in the 1970's. I can tell you the comments will be that they love their home. In the early 1970s, I handed out brochures at An Open House or two for Salt Box and Colonial style for sale houses. I was ten or eleven years old back then and one of the builders' daughters. There were four brothers who started this business by the way. Although one brother continues to carry on their craft, it continues to impress buyers who appreciate fine building. “Mid Atlantic has done a MAJOR outdoor project - a 180" long, average 12' high retaining wall as well as a MAJOR master bathroom redo. We did the wall first and were so impressed with the workmanship and the way the company handled all of the details that we looked only at them when it came time to do our master bathroom. The owners are as accessible to their customers at the end of a project as they are at the beginning, and even after! I would highly recommend them for whatever indoor or outdoor project you can think of. We have used them just recently to convert a workroom into an indoor plant room, and to build work shelves in the garage. We are planning on re-doing our upstairs bathroom and Mid Atlantic will do it. They are honest, need and meticulous about little details that can often make or break the final look!”
