Terry Skilling recommended an architect that we could not be happier with, Keith Mueller. The project took a while but out job foreman Doug was great and kept us informed and helped in many ways. I would highly recommend him and all his tradesmen. We couldn't be happier.”

“Paul Young and his employees gutted my kitchen, removed a wall and rebuilt it all. This included a beautiful new wood floor, new cabinets and counter tops and they moved a door to improve access to the dining room. He kept me informed along the way about cost or timing on items when I requested changes. (example- we decided on corian rather than granite counter tops) His workers were very clean and courteous and I was comfortable having them in my home. He finished on budget and on time. I highly recommend Gary Brown Homes.”

“Our family was interested in a property, but it was already too small for our family, and it was in an area where there was not a whole lot of options as far as city codes and what not. We had Dale design a couple different options for the property seeing if we were able to transform an 800 square foot two bedroom one bathroom home into a 4 bedroom 2 and a half bath home, basically redesigning the entire home to suit our needs. Although in the end, we decided not to move forward with buying the home due to the project just being completely out of our scope and with the codes of the city, we were only able to come up with a three bedroom home. We had our own ideas in how the design should go, and he was extremely patient with us in finding ways to meet our needs in the close to six months he worked with us, with just creating different layouts of the home. We are definitely reaching out to Dale anytime we have a house renovation project to utilize his expertise in design for our home. He demonstrated knowledge and had the patience with us wanting something that just was not plausible.”
