“Both bathrooms reconfigured & remodeled. Made handicapped capable. Contractor was honest, punctual and easy to work with. Advantage was the architectural background. He listened and the plan provided us with what we wanted. Would definately reccomend! He also did a kitchen addition in the past and it was the same experience.”

“Lance, Corey & the ReTouch team provide a refreshing approach to the stressors & concerns that are typically tied to home renovations. They want to know the entire situation, and truly understand what you are trying to accomplish so they can provide the best (appropriate style, cost-efficient & timely) solution for your need. We brought Lance & Corey in to help us wrap up a larger home renovation project that went sour with another contractor after a handful of months. Corey stepped in to manage the project & ran the show from A-Z, bringing us up to speed on the process of work, costs, or any concerns that he or any of his team of tradesmen found. Hands down, I would recommend the ReTouch team to anyone (Lance, Corey, Melissa, Erik, Herbert and all involved with our project) *Our home renovation included: 1/2 bath addition, full bath renovation, kitchen renovation, electrical, plumbing, exterior repairs & painting, and new HVAC installation.”

“Paul Young and his employees gutted my kitchen, removed a wall and rebuilt it all. This included a beautiful new wood floor, new cabinets and counter tops and they moved a door to improve access to the dining room. He kept me informed along the way about cost or timing on items when I requested changes. (example- we decided on corian rather than granite counter tops) His workers were very clean and courteous and I was comfortable having them in my home. He finished on budget and on time. I highly recommend Gary Brown Homes.”

“I hired Rare Construction to complete a full first floor renovation from reframing to sheetrock. They were extremely professional, courteous and responsive. They showed up on time daily, answered all of my questions and concerns, and stayed within budget. They subcontract with professional companies and completed the job fast and a week ahead of the proposed timeline.”

“Our family was interested in a property, but it was already too small for our family, and it was in an area where there was not a whole lot of options as far as city codes and what not. We had Dale design a couple different options for the property seeing if we were able to transform an 800 square foot two bedroom one bathroom home into a 4 bedroom 2 and a half bath home, basically redesigning the entire home to suit our needs. Although in the end, we decided not to move forward with buying the home due to the project just being completely out of our scope and with the codes of the city, we were only able to come up with a three bedroom home. We had our own ideas in how the design should go, and he was extremely patient with us in finding ways to meet our needs in the close to six months he worked with us, with just creating different layouts of the home. We are definitely reaching out to Dale anytime we have a house renovation project to utilize his expertise in design for our home. He demonstrated knowledge and had the patience with us wanting something that just was not plausible.”
