“I am a residential designer who has worked with Osada Construction for several years now. Matt has built two of the homes that I have designed in the Falcon Ridge Development in Asheville, NC. The first house that Matt built was a developer spec which turned out beautifully and won a Parade of Homes award. Matt and his crew do an excellent job building homes and they have extraordinary attention to detail. The second home I designed that Osada built is nearing completion. I just spoke to the homeowners the other day and they are extremely pleased with quality of construction and the ease of the whole process to build their dream home. I might add that Matt is extremely easy going and a pleasure to work with.”

“Petit Construction did a complete exterior remodel for our home. This involved removing the old aluminum siding and original windows. They added rigid "green" foam insulation to the exterior walls and taped all the joints. They installed new windows by Andersen, new vinyl siding, and replaced all the soffits, fascia, and trim. The quality of the work and installation was top-notch. Our house is now much quieter and I'm saving money monthly on heating and air conditioning costs due to the better and tighter insulation. Further, by using Azek to replace all the exterior woodwork, I'll never have to climb ladders to repaint; approaching my late 60s' that's an important point for me. At the same time, they also replaced the roof shingles, vents, a skylight, and all the spoutings and gutters. The work was done very well. The new look is nicely coordinated and makes a much better presentation from the street. We love it!”

It was really nice having one team manage both the design and build of our house-- less back and forth, more cost efficiency, and we could not be more thrilled with the results. It really was a smooth process from start to finish. We appreciated all of the transparency around cost, and the realistic guidance they gave throughout our decision making. It also felt very personal... we got to know their team well in the process, and it felt like they really grew to understand us and what we were going for. I really can't fully convey how enthusiastically and confidently I recommend them to anyone wanting to design and build a home!”

“I cannot recommend Jeb and Emily at Mountain Sun highly enough. Their process for design and construction is both thoughtful and honest. We came in to the project at about 60% complete and we were immediately provided a full list of proposed finishes and fixtures. We found the finishes superior to others encountered in the market and quickly made the decision to allow the project to proceed as proposed. I believe that was the smartest move we made during our entire home buying process. The attention to detail is constantly commented on by our guests. The home we ended up with has integrity in every facet from windows, to the gutters, to the solar system and appliances. Even the landscaping (often an afterthought in todays spec. homes) is both functional and beautiful. Jeb was on site everyday overseeing construction quality and always patient with my presence and questions. All of our future projects will start with these guys. -CD”
