    “Architest are a unique company who built our new home's floorplan to scale in their warehouse using foam blocks. It was a brilliant way for someone like me to visualise what our new home would look like in terms of spatial awareness, positioning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, windows, doors and even our staircase. It really bought our potential renovation/build to life. The 2 walk-throughs of our home allowed us to change some ideas and tweek some rooms we weren't sure about before we submitted our final plans to Council. Thanks to Simon and his team for having the initiative to develop such an impressive service that is sure to be a winner for all future renovators. Can't believe it has never been thought of before.”

    “Demardi have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend Anthony, Mick and the team highly enough! Demardi was recommended to me via a number of different, and independent sources to assist me with my home and bathroom renovations, after much searching, looking for the right professionals who I felt I could investment my trust, vision and investment with. Over the preceding year and a half, I had sought guidance, feedback and pricing from a number of different sources, with whom I felt I was not able to build trust or rapport with as I was able to with the team at Demardi, who were patient, absolutely invested in the vision and outcomes down to the tiniest of detail and refinement, taking great pride in their work, the outcomes, and my needs as customer and client. They were reliable, followed up and researched as need be and as promised, met expectations, and made sure both their and my expectations were met from a quality, vision, and cost perspective, consulting and keeping me informed every step of the way.     “We cannot thank Mike and his team enough. They have totally transformed our home from run down and tired to bright and inviting. His staff were meticulous in their work and kept my husband and I up to date on how the job was tracking. The house was always kept clean and tidied at the end of every day. The new design of our Bathroom and Ensuite were amazing and the final product looked exactly like the 3D drawings by the design girls! Repainting the entire home has made such a difference and makes every room feel so much bigger. We couldn’t be more happy with MJ Harris and would recommend them to anyone looking to renovate.”

Beautifully crafted. - We greatly valued the highly collaborative nature of the design & build process – allowing for the incorporation of many ideas & selections along the way. - A significant requirement of the brief was to conduct the design & build process whilst allowing us to live at home during the build, which was handled perfectly. - We forged & enjoyed strong working relationships with all tradespeople that were on site for the entire duration of the build. - Extremely trustworthy. The greatest evidence of satisfaction and the strength of the working relationship has included 4 referrals to friends so far.”

    “The Garden Studio Company built a free-standing pavilion in our back yard. It consists of two large rooms which serve as an art studio and a study/library. There is also a bathroom. It has been faced externally with cedar. The company undertook all the planning and necessary permits and permissions, and then provided a complete building and fit-out service. We found the company very competent and experienced. The project was completed on time and on budget. Communication was always very good. We are very happy with the result.”

    “Main Brief - Repair and restoration of an old bathroom/laundry which included the installation of a shower and to replace the vanity, toilet, shaving cabinet, laundry trough, wall and floor tiles. Replumbing where necessary, resurfacing the bath, repair existing floor in preparation for tiles. Replacing ceiling heating/exhaust fan, window glass with opaque. Match and replace broken glass in back porch, repair wall and lay vinyl flooring in studio. Paint interior and exterior of house, replace venetian blinds, new window locks and flywire screens. Remove old gas heater and replace with a reverse cycle air conditioner. Sand and polish floorboards throughout.”
