“We absolutely love our Mafcohouse. Not only is the building gorgeous it is rock solid and designed to perfection. We are constantly marvelling at the thoughtful dimensions of the rooms, quality of the materials and the life-altering light. And we are not alone in our appreciation. The buzz in our neighbourhood continues even after a few years of residence. The building provokes lots of curiosity and passion to replicate. If we were doing it all again there's no doubt we would choose Mafcohouse. In fact, we're fantasizing about a bunkie to accommodate all our visitors.”

“After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. After several meetings and quotes with designers and contractors, hiring Bridgemont Properties was the easiest and best decision we could have made. The quoting and ideation process was clear, organized and highly professional. Marion and Rocco immediately put us at ease with their excellent design ideas and creative use of space and colour. Everyone working on our home during the months of the renovation taking place were courteous and skilled. Work was always done on time and Bridgemont Properties remained cognitive and respectful of our deadlines and budget. Their constant, thorough communication and responsiveness kept our family so at ease during the process. Marion and Rocco’s collaboration and imagination was astounding. The design, decor and incredible use of colour most certainly created the ‘wow’ factor we were looking for! Only Bridgemont Properties could have executed this incredible transformation of our urban space. What was once a small, dreary bungalow became an open, airy and bright urban oasis. We have absolute confidence in the workmanship - which is paramount. From the very first meeting through to the ecstatic reveal…we were delighted with every step of the process. She completed a total gut of my 1250 square foot condo and a complete gut of a 2400 square foot house and they turned out spectacular.”

“We hired Fraser Homes Inc. for a full home renovation. We included design services with the work, which was a service we highly relied on for a cohesive overall project--Mark delivered! From beginning to end, the services provided by Fraser Homes was professional and reliable. We moved and removed walls, enlarged a patio door and window, relocated the kitchen, updated three bathrooms, re-wired, updated plumbing, added an entry door, updated all flooring, waterproofed, changed the stairs, and replaced over 80% of the existing interior. The work was on time and we were consulted when issues arose and provided with reasonable options. We were kept up to date on the status of the renovation and had regular meetings to discuss our goals and likes. Mark and Rod had our best interest in mind throughout the job and treated the project as if it were their own. This is not our first major renovation, but this is the first time we have had a contracting company we could trust and rely on completely. The Trades brought in were high quality, monitored by Mark and Rod, and the finished project is outstanding. We are proud of our home and will use Fraser Homes for any future home projects.”

“We planned a major renovation of our house, requiring removal of many of the main floor structural walls. I met with multiple contractors but ultimately chose Matt and his team, due to their extensive experience and competitive quote. Boy am I glad I did! Matt and his team were professional, on time, and worked within our budget. We changed our minds on a few things as the project went along and Matt quickly adapted to make things work for us. Matt went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product. Ie There was a post too close to my open-concept kitchen and I asked Matt to move it. Moving it was very difficult as it required creating a new footing in a very tight basement but Matt and his team delivered. I'm very happy with our experience and highly recommend Matt and his team!”

“Hi. I am a realestate agent & love selling beautiful homes. Andrea - the owner of ADM just re-modeled a listing of mine - I am telling you it went from dated to fabulous in a couple of weeks! She & her team did a wonderful job & are so easy to deal with. I have had the house on the market 1 day & already have a very interested buyer & several showings booked. The house was on the market for 6 months with another realestate company & they got no offers. Andrea also re-did the kitchen & living room of a friend of mine & it too went from 1950's drab to fab - my friend is now contracting to do the rest of the house. Another friend of mine has had her redo the whole upstairs and loves it. I also recently visited a home Andrea did for the annual Pickering College Xmas tour - I was really impressed - she did a make-over of the whole house & it showed marvelously! And she also recently showed me a huge house she has been doing over the years as the owners change with the times & this house was unbelievable - the crown mouldings, the kitchen, the hand-painted murals - all very impressive. I also sold Andrea a beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright style home that was a bank repo & in agonizing condition - you should see what she's done for this home.
