Being first homebuilders, the road that lay ahead felt quite overwhelming, however Norm held our hand throughout the process- simplifying our decision-making and leaving us at ease with each step. On the completion of our house, we were absolutely delighted to see our dream had come to fruition and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. The fixtures and fittings were absolutely stunning and of high quality, but oozed our style and sensibility. Norm wasn’t afraid to allow us to try new design concepts and ultimately they have become some of my favourite things in the house. Norm Wales and his team were with us every step of the way from conception through to completion, and we couldn’t fault the service and product as a result. We have a beautiful new house, our family now calls home.”
