“We engaged Quadrant Design Architects in 2014 to develop plans for our extension/renovation in Rosanna. Quadrant proposed several concepts which we honed to our agreed liking. From there we left them to put together our full working drawings, accompanied by engineering docs, and finally pushed it all through the council hoops for us in a timely manner. Half way through our build we added an inground pool that was designed by Quadrant, rather than the pool builder, this worked out extremely well, as it all worked in harmony with our new home that was currently taking shape. All finished now, and we couldn't be happier. We are very pleased with the outcome, and had a ball working with Tony & Co throughout the process. We would highly recommend Quadrant Design to our friend and family (Already have numerous times). Thanks Again ! Georgina P”

“Thank you to Illan, Carmel and the GIA team for giving us the most professional and pain free bathroom renovation experience. It was great to deal with the consummate professional team - on time, really know their stuff, what is available, what works and doesn't, and the perfect balance of aesthetics and practicality. And perfectionists who will revise plans - even re-doing the tiling to ensure that everything is just right. Every single person in the team was a delight to deal with and experts at what they do. On time, close to budget and delivered a bathroom that will delight us in the years to come. The true test is coming to fix minor problems after being paid in full - no hassle, immediate attention. We couldn't ask for better service.”
