“My wife and I are so happy that we decided some 21 years ago to have Extend a Home carry out our upstairs extension, as Extend a Home are still in existence today, where many other builders are not. Some 20 years ago on the recommendation of friends we contacted Extend a Home to renovate our single story dwelling to a double story with 2 bed rooms, 1 bath and 1 family area. We have always been incredibly happy with the finished product. A few months ago we needed to upgrade our air conditioning unit, the air conditioning contractors noticed that there appeared to have been some settlement and movement in the lower roof rafters where they joined the top floor frame. We immediately contacted Extend a Home, who did not hesitate to offer to repair the structural issues at no cost to us. Extend a Home commenced the actual repair work a brief time later, where the tradesmen were punctual, efficient and tidy. Looking at the completed repairs to our upstairs extension, you would not realise there had been an issue.
