“We recently undertook a major renovation of our house in Terrigal with Beach Breeze Building. Throughout the entire process - from planning to completion - we found Chris Stephens to be extremely friendly, trustworthy, reliable and easy to communicate with. Nothing was too challenging for him, and the quality of the workmanship was of the highest order. Chris's own building team, plus his team of trades, were friendly, professional and reliable and they completed within the time frame they originally stated. We would also like to give a special mention to the foreman on this project, Ben Padman. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, nothing was too difficult for him, and he always managed to deliver what we asked for, including our many variations, to the highest standards. This was our fourth home renovation, and it was far and away, our best experience so far. Chris's clear communication, his genuine care for his clients, and his high standards took away so much of the stress usually associated with renovating. We feel so blessed to be able to live in such a beautiful home and we are so thankful to Chris and his team for providing it. If you are considering a renovation or a new build, the most important decision you will make is which builder you go with.
