“We hired Rosalie and the team at urban sensations project managed a revamp of our house. The work was of high-quality and completed on time & to the agreed budget with only a couple of necessary variations. It’s hard work finding skilled, reliable & available tradespeople. It’s hard to coordinate everyone to be on site & completing their tasks so work flows smoothly. Urban Sensations does all that for you. The cost that an experienced professional project manager adds is absolutely worth the money. The overall job may end up costing more than you originally hoped because Urban Sensations will know to build in all the costs, not just the big ticket items. And if you change your mind, that always adds to the cost. One thing i recommend if you have not worked with a project manager before is to check that the scope of work lists every single thing you want. Don’t assume it is covered unless it says so. That is your job as the client. I was caught out by a couple of minor things that had been discussed but did not make it into the written scope. A rookie mistake. I urge you to save your sanity - and possibly your marriage - by hiring Urban Solutions to do your next renovation. They will be doing all of ours! In fact Rosalie ended up managing a second reno on our next property when we found asbestos & needed a new kitchen & bathroom - fast.! Thank you Urban Sensations.”
