“We wanted to add a second story extention to our house. Working with a number of companies on a design, we were challenged by finding a way to position a stairwell in a way that worked, and didn't remove too much downstairs space from our pretty small house. Teo's architecture was the only one that achieved this. He can up with a great idea, and location, for a curved staircase that felt completely natural, and the whole design for the extension snapped into place around that. We are super happy with his architecture for the extension. Our upstairs space is fantastic and, both internally, and externally, and looks like the house was always designed to be 2-story. I can't recommend Teo highly enough.”

“When we first started thinking about renovating our home, the idea of working out a design, looking at colours and materials, sourcing trades people, liaising with them all, ensuring the project was running smoothly, became overwhelming very quickly. Thankfully we found refresh renovations, who took all this on and all the worry out! From the initial consultation, we felt at ease and our experience only got better with each step. Andre and Connie have this amazing ability to see your vision, understand your dream and somehow make it even better. Their professionalism, knowledge, passion and friendliness, made working with them an absolute delight. Everyone we have discussed our renovation with has had the same two questions, let me answer them here: 1 How over quote did the job go? Our job was as quoted. There was a minor cost to fix an existing non compliant tap, but this was totally out of everyone's control. 2 How far over did they go with handover? Our project was delivered within 3 days of expected time, which is amazing! Not only do we highly, highly recommend Andre and Connie, We would suggest that if you're looking to renovate you include them for a consultation - you won't regret it. Thank you for giving us our dream home (and we didn't even have to move)”

“I recently had the great pleasure of having a studio constructed by Garden Studios in Melbourne. The Studio is a clever design with beautiful quality finished. The build was done within the time promised by the builder despite at times difficult conditions. The tradespersons were to a man polite, reliable, and very competent. They even built temporary fencing in the yard to protect our dogs. Maria in the office kept in touch throughout to tell me what was happening and to check I was happy with the progress. So many thanks to Joseph, Vin and the team. Kim M”
