“Following a year of intensive research and touring of display homes, designs and building products, I was recommended to Chris White through my New Home Building Broker. At the time I was overwhelmed at the sheer amount of information out there and unclear of the quality and value for money of the display homes I was viewing. I was also a bit underwhelmed at the homes which were available off the plan for my budget and wanted to test whether I could get something unique for the same amount of money. When I first met Chris I immediately knew we were on the same page and had an interest in similar building designs and principles. Following a 2 hr initial meeting, Chris came back promptly with a floor plan that absolutely nailed my brief. I was so impressed that following only a 2hr discussion, Chris had produced a plan that had a wow factor, plenty of natural light and flowed nicely on my narrow, long block. I received the 3D walkthrough and CAD drawings shortly afterwards and my immediate reaction was wow. I have been so impressed by Chris’s ability to interpret the brief and deliver an innovative design that meets the strict budget. I would highly recommend Chris’s design and drafting services.”

“We appointed Seamus after meeting a few Architects at our site. We felt Seamus was confident & could tackle our challenging block, in which we requested a contemporary infill extension between existing house and garage. Seamus takes a very practical approach to the design process, blending architectural features that usually exceed your expectations. He is a very good problem solver & his design solutions offer both function & great aesthetics. Seamus was also eager to ensure the extension was built to a very high energy efficient standard in which we achieved a 9.5 star rating. Our home received quite a lot of complementing comments from both family, friends & adjoining neighbours. We have since sold the home at a large attending auction in 2017. We have re-appointed Seamus for our current project; a custom renovation & addition to a heritage listed home in Subiaco, which is currently in Sketch Design. We really enjoyed working with Seamus & would highly recommend Seamus.”
