“After 1.5 years of being stuck in the design phase and a lot of “will we/wont we”, we finally managed to start talking to builder’s about our home extension early 2025. We approached Bluepoint Building Services after seeing their signs in our area in Cheltenham. Guy turned up and spent time with us to go through design and gave us a quote and timeframe. He also showed us other floor plans of previous jobs and gave us an indicator of budget, this was really useful as it gave us a good idea of what we could achieve with the budget we had set. He guaranteed we would be finished by Christmas. Two other builders we spoke to said there was no chance we would be finished for Christmas! Fast forward 6 months later and we are done and dusted by mid October! Our extension was done in 6 months and we couldn’t be happier. All subcontractors used were excellent, Bluepoint kept us to schedule and on track throughout the project, there wasn’t a day that went by but there was work completed on the house. At no stage did we ever wonder is the builder turning up today, there wasn’t no down time, no delays. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about renovating or extending their home!!”

Right from the start getting plans completed, issues with council and permits, we were guided through the whole process by Heath and his office staff which is very reassuring when you don't know where to start with those aspects of building. This ensured that there were no surprises throughout the build. Heath and his team worked diligently to get our job completed on time and to budget. The organisation of his tradies was first class. Any issues that arose throughout our build were addressed immediately and professionally. Heath's building crew are a great team who are courteous and take great pride in their work. “Robert Petty Builders has recently finished construction on a Robert Harwood designed project in Parkdale. My first impression of RH Architects was the quality and accuracy of the documentation; the tender package was very thorough. The design was ambitious and distinctive. As we got to know the clients, we could see how well the floor plan had been designed around their needs as a family without compromising on design and innovation. It is common for clients not to appreciate the spaces within their home until it is being constructed; Robert is very good at working through this with clients. For example, when our client requested adding an external window surround and louvres to a room which affected the front façade and bedroom outlook, Robert provided a 3D presentation with views from inside and outside the room, it was very impressive and made the decision very easy for the client. With every query Robert had a solution. Robert and his team were easily accessible for any queries or discussions along the way. The trilateral team of client, architect and builder was a harmonious and productive one. We look forward to future projects with Robert Harwood and My Architect.”
