Joumana has provided us with a total service including planning, design, building expertise, contact to suppliers, project management and has also covered off all of the little painful jobs that go with a renovation. Joumana has always kept our budget requirements in the front of her mind and has given us every opportunity to make decisions based around our budget while also making sure we get the design we have always wanted with a high standard finish. Joumana has been very flexible where we have made changes and provided excellent advice about how to proceed and the relative cost of things. Joumana is assisted by an excellent team of professionals that help co-ordinate the renovation. Our build is on schedule and on budget and we are very grateful that Joumana has lead the project and made life so much easier for us. We still have our sanity, the build and finish we wanted and its on budget – we are very very happy with Joumana’s service and would highly recommend her to others taking on a renovation journey.”

“We found this building company online, contacted them and many others and from the outset they were very prompt, eager to assist with the project and in our house to view our project within days of the initial contact. Sam and Harry were very knowledgeable and informative and experienced. Other than a initial design change unplanned for prior to excavation the project went ahead quickly except for a long period of wet weather at the wrong time. Communication from us to builder and company office was great with the assistance of John the Project Manager and Keisha in the office. I know the builder doesn't work for you now however the only comment I would make is his work wasn't up to standard and he certainly should not have been doing any landscape work i.e. retaining walls. Reviews of our granny flat from prospective tenants last year on inspection were, " this is the best granny flat we have seen in Penrith". Thanks Guys.”

“Clinton removed a couple of walls in my apartment, put in a new set of doors, some new wooden flooring, and refinished everything with mouldings and decorative features to match the period. They did careful, excellent work, gave me good advice and found solutions to all the challenges of working in an old building. They were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with throughout. I’ve done a couple of renovations before and these guys are exceptional.”
