“As the senior structural designer on one project, and design manager on a following project, I worked closely with the Glasshape team on the specification, installation and approval of a large number (100+) of marine glazing panels. Marine glazing is particularly challenging due to the harsh environment and very high quality standards required by both the client and the approval authorities. The Glasshape team were a pleasure to work with right from the initial phase of the projects, through to completion. They provided additional technical and practical assistance to wherever possible to assist in obtaining classification society approval. The laminated glazing panels performed above design requirements during testing which was very re-assuring, and is a testiment to the quality of the final product (the testing requirements for the glazing panels required some significant pressure tests). The panels provided my Glasshape represent some of the highest quality marine glazing I have witnessed during my 14 years in the industry. The delivery times were as discussed during the development of the project, and any alterations to the original specification and quote were discussed and agreed in a timely and professional manner. I would not hesitate to work with Glasshape again, or to recommend them to others.”

“Having bought a brand new house, I had a long list of special projects in mind to make my house a home. As part of that process, and as an artist myself, I contracted with many arts and crafts, interior professionals. Doug Fillbach was by far and away one of the best and most memorable, From the very beginning of our working relationship he asked all the right questions, showed great attention to details, and went the distance to understand my personal aesthetics, taste, and preferences, as well as client education with art glass processes. In a short amount of time I was completely confident that he understood the creative challenges as well as expertly equipped to handle the technical details. He is master craftsman with glass design and stellar mechanical aptitude. His many years of experience have only seemingly enhanced his enthusiasm and innovation of his art form. The project was collaborative and enjoyable from beginning to end, He viewed all challenges as creative opportunities to problem solve. He was a pleasure to work with, and the end result was stunning.”

“I had 6 estimates for my whole house window replacement. I let those sit for 6 months - too many choices and designs to decide on. I was overwhelmed. I then asked R & L to come back for a second time because 1) this is a local, smaller company and 2) Adam, the salesman who did the 1st estimate, was very professional and thankfully, patient. He was the only one to suggest and offer inside trim and he actually taped up a grid design so I could 'see' what my windows would look like. None of the others did this, only told me that I should. The install was completed in one day and was very efficient. My windows are beautiful and the inside trim, which I lacked prior, really added charm to my home's interior. That was a bonus.”

“Not only is Mike and his staff incredibly helpful and professional, but the turnaround was super quick and pleasantly unexpected. We are loving the closets, they're perfect! All of your installers, Drew, Luke, Jonathan and Zach were awesome! Luke is so fantastic and knows so much and really helped us out with making sure that the design worked. One of daughters' drawers was damaged and the guys said they would be back within a few days with a replacement. We just don't have enough nice things to say about your company. Thank you again!! I will recommend your company to everyone!”
