“As the Secretary/Treasurer for a group of 7 Strata Titled units in Inglewood it was my job to arrange quotes and to oversee having sections of our damaged driveway and parking area replaced. I arranged 5 quotes for this work and Gino Cataldo from Warner Brook Concreting was the first person to quote the job we wanted. Gino impressed me with his obvious wealth of knowledge and experience, his calmness and confidence to do the job to our satisfaction and his advice and suggestions on further improvements. I virtually suspected that Gino and his company would probably get the job, but I still had to go through the quoting process. If I were to select a concrete contractor on demeanour, presentation and professionalism only, without knowing the quoted amount $, I would have selected Gino and WB Concreting without any doubt. However, the cost of any service or project is also a very important factor in the overall decision process and I am not generally someone to select a contractor on the quoted price alone because I feel you don't know what sort of job you will end up with. As it turned out, the selection process for me became a 'No Brainer' when we received all 5 quotes and the Warner Brook quote was the lowest. The job itself which consisted of replacing 46m of coloured concrete to sections of driveway, parking area and 2 individual unit doorway entrances, was completed promptly, professionally and to our complete satisfaction within 2 days of commencement. Gino Cataldo and WB Concreting are a professional outfit who do not take shortcuts. We were completely satisfied with their performance from the initial meeting on 3/3/17 (time of assessment and quote) to the completion of the job on 27/4/17. Gino not only quoted our job, he also supervised every aspect of it and was also 'hands on' with the job itself. Gino works together with his son Jesse who is also a very impressive and competent young man. I have no reservations in recommending WB Concreting to anyone wanting similar work done.
