“As the Secretary/Treasurer for a group of 7 Strata Titled units in Inglewood it was my job to arrange quotes and to oversee having sections of our damaged driveway and parking area replaced. I arranged 5 quotes for this work and Gino Cataldo from Warner Brook Concreting was the first person to quote the job we wanted. Gino impressed me with his obvious wealth of knowledge and experience, his calmness and confidence to do the job to our satisfaction and his advice and suggestions on further improvements. I virtually suspected that Gino and his company would probably get the job, but I still had to go through the quoting process. If I were to select a concrete contractor on demeanour, presentation and professionalism only, without knowing the quoted amount $, I would have selected Gino and WB Concreting without any doubt. However, the cost of any service or project is also a very important factor in the overall decision process and I am not generally someone to select a contractor on the quoted price alone because I feel you don't know what sort of job you will end up with.
