Called back, waited another 30 minutes and was greeted politely, had warranty info clearly given to me and received all paperwork from company very quickly. “After a short, no-pressure phone conversation with Andrew, I received an email quote for the work within 5 minutes. The cost was a good bit less than I anticipated. The crew showed up on time and worked practically nonstop all day. They were courteous and professional throughout the job, even though the window openings on my old house made the job more difficult than usual. We got a visit from Andrew when the job was completed to make sure we were completely satisfied. The windows look beautiful, and we can feel a big difference in the comfort of our second floor. Zen Windows Central PA will be my go-to company when the time comes to replace more windows. Excellent company.”

The installers cleaned up and left nothing behind. Their workmanship was average to above average...couple spots could have been executed a little better but overall they did a nice job.”
