“My washing machine had malfunctioned and overflowed down the hall and into a bedroom. Our insurance company sent SERVPRO. Our first experience with another Servpro left a bad impression of the company. Our insurance company sent out a different division. I was very pleased. Jack was very friendly, prompt and explained anything that I had questions about. The team sent out to do the work were also friendly, prompt and worked around my morning schedule. The home was sealed off with plastic and zippers which made it a cleaner experience than in the past. Everything was left clean, any mess/debris were always cleaned up at the end of the work day. I'm not looking forward to anymore water issues, but I know if there was.....I would without a doubt use this SERVPRO team for any clean up/restoration. :)”
