“We hired William to prepare structural deck plans that we could submit to the Committee of Adjustments for a backyard deck we built. William is very professional and a pleasure to work with. The plans were accepted by the city with no changes required, and we received our variance. He offers his service for a reasonable price and delivered them in a timely manner. Since this project, William has consulted on a number of projects for us giving us good advice on zoning by-laws to determine whether certain projects would need variances. Through all these interactions, he has continued to be a great source of knowledge and he is polite and great to deal with. I highly recommend him.”
