“I called this company because I wanted to get some work done on my fence that is on the left side of my yard. I was having some issues with the neighbors dogs digging under the fence, and also knocking the boards off of the fence. I wanted a professional opinion about what I should do. I made an appointment with the fence person to come out and look at my fence. He told me about the different types of wood that I could get, also gave me some estimations of what it would cost. The person from the fence company was not tryong to sell me on installing a fence right away he suggested to me that no matter how sturdy of a fence he installs it might not work to keep the dogs out if they are determined to leave their yard and travel to the neighbors yard. He gave me some good suggestions and said I should think about it and give him a call when I decided to fix the fence. I really was grateful for his honesty and not just trying to sell me something.”

“I hired BC Fence to build a complicated, custom fence with for my first house (mixed wood privacy on three sides and galvanized steel mesh panels in front). Being a first time homebuyer, I had never met with contractors before, never looked at a bid, never gone through a closing process, etc. Dusty was awesome. Always so nice, put up with my high maintenance demands and me changing my mind all the time (I think he ended up doing nearly 4 different bids to work with my ever-changing ideas and budget, all in about a 2 week period). He had to work really quickly with turnaround and deadline requests from my lending company due to the uniqueness of my FHA home/construction loan (FHA 203K). I found a lot of contractors didn't even want to get involved when I told them I was doing that type of loan, because it requires the contractors to turnaround bids ASAP, sign alot of paperwork and even go to the title company to sign documents on closing day. With Dusty - no problem, no complaints - he did everything I asked of him like it was business as usual. That's huge when you're trying to close with a 203K loan. The fence turned out exactly how I wanted, looks great, built to last, and I get tons of compliments on it! I was amazed at how fast it went up, I think in total - take down of previous chain-link fence and mine going up - it took about a week for a 7000sq ft lot perimeter fence, with both a driveway and sidewalk gate. It's definitely one of the main attractions of my home and gives it huge curb appeal. (The photos do not do it justice.) I am extremely happy with the fence!
