After making an appointment for Rich to come and see our garden and a discussion about what we wanted, he provided us with a very reasonably and competitive quote. The team were available to begin work very quickly, there was no long waiting periods as was the norm from some of the other landscaping/gardening places we spoke to. Part of the project was to install a foldable clothes line and despite installing it to my specified height,I realised it was actually much too high for me. After a sheepish conversation with Rich and his team they did not hesitate to dig out the concrete and reinstall the clothes line again! The team were always professional and friendly. The team came in on the days promised and packed up and cleared away at the end of the day. And the project was brought in on time and on budget. “We engaged Pepo because we needed to fix up the pool surrounds and fencing. We hadn't originally planned to redesign the whole garden, but that's what ended up happening and we are so pleased we did! Nicola and her team listened to what we wanted, looked at our garden and what they suggested really worked for our family and the way we wanted to use the space. We ended up repaving the back patio to match the pool paving and fixing up the unusable space at the end of the pool into another paved and leafy area. Pepo also turned an area where the lawn kept dying into a great garden bed, while retaining as much of the grass as possible (so we can still kick a soccer ball around). We also wanted a low maintenance garden with lots of natives, to cut down on watering and fit the local area, and some more tree cover. Our new garden is green and lush, with beautiful plants, as well as a veggie patch and a passionfruit vine. The project start was delayed but took only slightly longer than was estimated, and the cost was in line with the quote provided. Nicola, James and the rest of the team were always professional and lovely to deal with. They made sure we were happy with the job as it went along, and were happy to fix things where necessary. Everything was well thought out, from the new shed to store the pool equipment, to the watering system to keep the garden alive, and work was carried out to a high standard.
