I had Paul from Better Tomber Flooring install solid blackbutt floors about 9 months ago. It was a little over two weeks between quote and the job being completed, and Paul and his team were extremely helpful, easy to talk to and happy to negotiate. The end product is exactly what I was after and i've had no problems with warping or shrinking boards. Would happily recommend.
