Urban Concrete Floors

Had the same experience as the person below. Urban Floors had to sand sand a section of floor due to a fault and left the entire house covered in a thick layer of concrete dust. Also the pandomo floor stained and discoloured in numerous spots almost immediately after it was installed. Continues to gather stains which are not removable. They have absolutely no interest in helping to rectify any issues you might face. And as the other reviewer said, blame everyone else in relation to issues with their floor.

Company only interested in money and don't care about customer, don't care about the finished result. They left my house in a mess and caused me much grief. Refused to take opinion of any other experts in the field, instead claiming that they are the only experts. They want customers on board so that they can charge them rediculous amounts of money later on to maintain. Forget warranty, they will not honour it. You will hear excuse after excuse as to why it is not there fault. However other companies (3 independent) quickly recognise that it is an application fault. At one stage company indicated that the floor is not suitable for my house and I should look at another flooring system. Isn't product suitability what they test before they take on the project???????
