For those who desire style and practicality, at last a designer washing line that can not only handle your bed linen but also, when not being used, provides a minimalistic and contemporary wall and design feature. The designer.line's functional and ergonomic design, encourages increased airflow and ensures a reduced reliance on tumble dryers, making it both environmentally friendly and cost effective. Inbuilt with a telescopic rail system, the main arm lengthens from 1.8 to a huge 2.8 meters ensuring designer.line is capable of handling any size bed linen with spare room for additional items. And when utilising hangers up to 18 meters of uninterrupted designer space. It can be easily self-mounted wherever space permits, capable of handling a 30kg load without the need to be mounted on a wall stud, even on plaster. Sturdy powder-coated aluminum composition in a range of seven on-trend colours. The designer.line will reduce/eliminate the use of environmentally detrimental tumble-drying practices and provide a more functional and aesthetically pleasing living space.

I am not sure the correct relationship is "Not A Happy Customer"!

I have checked our system and there is not record of you having ever purchased our product!

Nor is there any correspondence with regards to there being any issues with your supposed purchase of the designer.line

None of our customers units to date have had any such fault be it from extendent use let alone after one load of washing.

If you could kindly substantiate that you are in fact a customer of ours we would be only to happy to address this matter

An awesome product with equally awesome customer service. We have a small apartment and had just installed a laundry when we renovated our bathroom. We were looking for a space spacing solution as well as something that looked good (we don't have much space to hide or store things). We looked around for months and then remembered that we had seen something on The Block. We immediately liked the compact, sleek look of the designer line. We could hang our washing out on the side of the bedroom during the week - then pack it away during the weekend, or when guests came over. Just one designerline fits about two loads for us (not inc socks and undies) and it's fab as we hang the clothes up on a hanger then on the designerline, and when it's dry, it easily goes into the closet without fuss. We had a small issue with our first designerline and as soon as we contacted the office for help (and sent the evidence), they happily and promptly organised for a replacement free of charge. The customer service was super friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to buy from them such a unique, sleek and durable product. Thank you!

I had been using small portable clotheslines and relying heavily on my clothes dryer when I saw the clothesline black balloons on The Block. After my clothes dryer broke down, obviously from overuse, I checked out the designer line clothesline. I bought my first clothesline through the the Block Shop and after a short time we were so happy with it we wanted to buy another one! Block Shop was closed so I googled designer line and came into contact with Phoenix . They were very helpful and communicated quickly by email. We now have two designer lines on our back deck attached to our sauna! It's great how they can be folded away after washing dry! No cobwebs, no pegs, no dryer. One happy customer!! Marja

A fantastic product - innovative design, practical to use and easy to DIY install. We have downsized to a townhouse, and the designer.line was the perfect solution for us. The guys provide a great service, and a first class after sales service when I needed them - definitely 5 star!.
