After many months of procrastination, we ordered our new chairs and sideboard from Mark, who showed to be very patient and helpful through a number of visits to his showroom. My wife and I love to support our local manufacturing and were able to add to our other Australian-made furniture with 10 beautiful chairs and the sideboard, which were matched very well to our existing table. After online research and visit some stores we found PFS Furniture online and went out to there store. They had great unique furniture and was very happy with our purchase of a Dinning table and side buffet. We found mark very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Over the years I have turned to Mark and the PFS team many times for many styles of furniture and art. Mark really knows his stuff, and last year absolutely went the extra mile in helping me find the right pieces to furnish a new contemporary home where none of the old furniture suited. We have used PFS to furnish our home on three different occasions over the last 15 years. Each time going for a new and fresh look. Much of our furniture was custom made and the craftsmanship was excellent. It is also very economical compared to buying similar furniture from "designer" furniture stores Buying custom made furniture can be risky as you often don't know exactly what you are getting until it is delivered. PFS's advice in ensuring our decorating ideas were translated into reality was always spot on and pieces often turned out better than we imagined. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PFS if you are looking for very good quality and stylish furniture (BTW I am very fussy).

The first time I walked into PFS I had absolutely no idea what I wanted - but luckily for me Mark has a wealth of experience and knowledge that always makes the whole shopping experience so easy, and enjoyable. I usually hate shopping, mainly because I'm terrible at it, can never decide what I want, and have made more than my fair share of terrible choices...but not on Mark's watch! Mark always knows exactly what to recommend, and I just love the fact that if there isn't anything in the store that will suit, he'll either source the right piece of furniture from one of his stockist's, or organise a custom made piece of furniture made out of recycled timber. I have never been anywhere quite like it, it's an amazing wonderland of all things furniture and fittings! I can't thank Mark enough, he's helped turn my house into a home. I even look like I know what I'm doing when it comes to interior design...but it really is all thanks to Mark!

I have bought a number of pieces from this store for a number of very good reasons. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and gives both practical and creative advice about individual pieces as well as the overall 'look' or 'feel' that I am seeking to create. His suggestions and feedback are always honest and take into account my lifestyle and the layout of my home. Where I haven't been able to find the perfect piece of furniture he has been able to organise very reasonably priced customised items that have met my needs perfectly.
