I was looking for an interior designer to join my design panel for my ecotourism project of a home for myself and 3 small studios as well as forest education trails. I have a 200 acre private forest reserve 20 minutes from the CBD in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia. The Spotted Quoll Studio owner and designer,Tamika Bannister, has more than met my expectations and has also advised on the process of design for all aspects of my development. She has already supplied homewares as well from her studio. This collaboration still has a couple of years to go as elements of the design unfold slowly and carefully to preserve the naturalness of the various sites involved. Tamika's advice works seamlessly with the architects and other builders and makers on the design panel. I recommend her strongly to anyone wanting nature inspired design input in the broadest sense possible.
