“I am writing this review to express my thanks to firstly Amir, his brother Ash and lastly their father and owner of Bijan Exclusive rugs. I first met Amir a few months ago when I came into their store in Crows Nest to ask about a rug that was on display.. He was very helpful and answered all my questions, but at no time did I feel any pressure to make a purchase. He left me to prowse and thanked me on my leaving. I came back to the store a couple of weeks ago to again look at the rug. Unfortunately the one I was looking at had been sold, but Amir showed me a larger size of the same rug. I was unsure about how it would fit into my living area, but that was no problem. Amir suggested I could take it home to see how it looked, also letting me take a rug of the same size of the original, but in a different style and colour that I thought might be a good alternative. I had to come back the next day with my car, but Amir was at the Northbridge store, but no problem, he had left my details with Ash so he took over, bundling up the rugs and then carrying them to my car. Ash had rung their Northbridge store and found that there was one left of the orignal rug I had wanted and I was told it would be no problem to bring it to the Crows Nest store if I should decide it was the one I preferred. I loved the larger rug but had to return it as it was too big for my room and the smaller alternative did not suit the colour scheme, but again no probem. When I went back to the store Ash insited on going to the car to carry them back for me. The Northbridge store is on my way home from work, so I opted to go there the next day and I met Amir and Ash's very charming father Bijan. He had been told about the rug and again allowed me to take the smaller size home to see how it looked. Again I was helped to the car although this time it would have been very easy to carry the smaller rug. I loved it and next day went back to the store and paid for it. In all my dealings with Bijan and his sons, I was never pressured to make a purchase, I was given every courtesy and it was no problem at all if I decided to change my mind. I might add that my rug, whilst a wonderful purchase for me, was not very expensive, so I am even more impressed at the level of service I was given for a moderately priced rug. I will definitely return to Bijan Exclusive Rugs as I have my eye on a couple more rugs!”
