“It was 8pm on a Monday night couldn't get my garage door to open. After calling several companies Scott called me back and was able to say he was 99% sure I had a broken torsion spring and could be right out. He arrived in under an hour and sure enough upon arrival he diagnosed the problem as the spring and also spotted a roller that had lost its wheel completely. He replaced both springs and all 10 rollers in about 30 minutes at a very reasonable price that was quoted up front before anything was touched and I have to say the door hasn't been this smooth or quiet since I have lived here. Thank you is definitely in order for CP Products responding so quickly I was able to make my flight on time!!”

The house, a custom timber frame home, begged for wood garage doors but the owner resisted the future maintenance obligations. We suggested the Clopay doors and it was a huge success. The doors are very well built and the faux finish looks amazing adjacent to real wood accents that highlight this architectural design of the home. In addition, the high R value makes them the perfect match for the heated garage where the Owner plans on regularly washing his cars in the cold New England weather.
