“Call him on Monday morning and asked if he could look at my door as the spring had broke over the weekend. He was able to come in less than 30 minutes. When he arrived he quickly knew what had to be done. The original builder only put on one spring which is normal but I knew 2 are always better as this is not my first house. I also had a small bend in the top metal panel and needed a new metal guide. The best part I had called my friend who does this work in another state so I would know what fair pricing should be. To the best part he did not try to up sell any parts just fix what had to be done. His price was even better than expected and he was able to fix the bend and add 2 springs. I watched him do the work and he was quick and took care to be sure everything was adjusted correctly. If ever I need any other door work done he will be the first one I call.”

“When we moved into our new house last year, the garage door was noisy and squealing and didn't work half the time. You'd press and press and press the button on the remote and after a dozen tries, suddenly the door would open. We thought the remote was dying. Well, Sean figured out what the real problem was. The remote antenna on the unit had been stuck inside the unit and was only getting intermittent signal from the remote. He also lubed up the hinges and put a special low temperature lube on the rail. The door is much quieter now. I was impressed with his expertise but even more impressed with his ethics. Before he found the covered antenna, he thought we were going to need a new unit with a new remote for around a hundred bucks and we'd already said that was fine. But he was too ethical to keep quiet and let us spend the money once he found the real problem. Also he spent time showing me how to maintain the door in best condition myself. I appreciated that. But hell, with guys as good, I'd rather just call them.”

“I had one of the torsion springs for my garage door broke with both vehicles trapped inside the garage. Of course, this happened at 8pm. I went ahead and called that evening. I spoke to a live person and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I also asked the company to please try to come out as early as possible. I received a call at 7:30am stating that the technician was on the way. He arrived by 8 and immediately got to work. He lifted the door to allow my husband to get to work on time and proceeded to examine the situation. He came in and explained everything to me. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he worked quickly and efficiently, but also thoroughly. To my surprise, the technician was done before 9am! I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. I will continue to use this company Door for any future needs as well as recommend you to everyone I know. My appreciation may be greater as I had a poor experience last year with a different garage door company regarding work at a rental unit I own. Needless to say, this company Door will be my go-to from here on out. Thanks so much for your excellent service and quality products!!!”
