Harris Doors

I started talking to Jade from Harris Doors GC (B&D) on 18th June. I told her when the bricks are going in and are finished. She only gave me a date for measure a week after the bricks were in on 22th July. Then because she did not measure correctly and didn't take notes of the noggins etc. her installer had to come in the week after 29th July. And now she is telling me I have to wait another 6 weeks to get the garage door in - ETA 9th September. And she is blaming the lock down. Well done. Honestly that is not ok. Bad management, nothing else. And talking to her about a 3 week manufacture, I just feel like an idiot for doing so. She wasted at least 2 weeks and this is her way of paying me back, because I complaint about her not doing a good job. Unacceptable. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could.
