Excellent product and excellent service. We have been impressed with the durability of the product, especially around salt water pool area.

My husband and I were really impressed with the service and final product delivered to us by Royal Grass. They were very professional in every way and we are extremely happy with the final product.

Our grass has been down for six months now and we couldn't be happier. It looks fantastic and is great to walk on, even during the hot summer months. We did heaps of research (and put up with a lot of pushy sales people) until finally finding James and Lupazco. Right from the first contact, he was highly professional providing us with sensible suggestions and giving us time to make up our mind. I am extremely happy with the job Royal Grass did when installing my artificial turf. The guys worked so hard and the job was finished on time. My front garden looks magnificent, I get a buzz every time I look at it. No more cutting and edging, fertilising and standing in the sun watering it with very little result. During the summer we engaged Lupazco to install artificial turf (Royal Grass) around our new in-ground swimming pool. During the selection process we selected Lupazco from three turf suppliers. We selected Lapazco because: a) the quality of the Royal Grass product was far superior to the alternatives, b) the Lapazco representative worked more as a collaborator rather than a salesman, c) the Royal Grass turf product was a little more expensive than the other turf products however the overall installation cost was mid-range from all the suppliers, finally d) the detail and clarity of the Lupazco quotation was superior to the other quotations. The recent summer was very hot, however the two Lupazco Royal Grass installers arrived when expected, explained their actions clearly and diligently installed the turf under unpleasant working conditions. The end result was an installation quality at and above expectations with no delays. The Royal Grass turf has now been installed for a couple of months and looks fantastic where we have had no issues with the product or its installation. We therefore highly recommend Lupazco for your artificial turf needs.

Lupazco put in one of the best synthetic grasses i have seen on the verge in front of our house - James the manager was very professional and knowledgeable . He actually provided the best quote and his staff knew what they were doing and delivered on time and within budget.

I am pleased to have the opportunity to review both the Royal Grass product and James Hardwicke and his team. I had thoroughly researched artificial turf and the companies selling this product for some time prior to discovering Royal Grass and James Hardwicke. I found not only the product to be far superior but the integrity and helpful manner of James to be outstanding. I had found it impossible to deal with the companies that had hidden costs, special offers and who would not give any information on the pricing or the product unless they came to the site, contract in hand. The installers were equally as proficient and helpful on what was a small but difficult site. Again, nothing was too much trouble. This review was not solicited, I offered to write a testimonial so other people could receive the same level of service and enjoy a superior artificial grass product.
