“Mark was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative on our A/C unit. We returned from vacation and contacted Hill @ 7:30 in the evening, they would have come out that night for an additional charge but we told them we would like an appointment 1st thing in the morning and they were there. He made some recommendations for service that will help us in the future, our unit is 12 years old.”

“I had used Joe's company in the past so when I needed a HVAC unit for my residence I called on Joe. Joe ordered a unit that fit my condo and his tech's had to improvise a little because of the space. My condo is one of the oldest at Carriage Trace, built 40 years ago. It took them a little longer then they had planned but everything came out great.”

“Thank you Logan Services for the great installation of our new heat pump and furnace! We found during a seasonal tune-up that our furnace had a lot of rust and water damage (which is not uncommon with a propane system). The very nice and informative service technician showed me how badly the inside of my system had been rusting out. He warned me of the dangers of running the furnace in it's current condition, so my husband and I decided it was time to replace our 15 year old system. The installation team was very polite and respectful, and when they were finished, I couldn't even tell they had been there because of how well they had cleaned up after themselves. They worked very hard for 8 hours straight to finish up the job for us. Everything was explained in great detail, and they answered all of my questions. The house feels so comfortable too! My husband and I are very excited to save on our energy bills! We highly recommend this company for all of your heating and cooling needs. Great job everyone!!”

“Last week we received our autumn HVAC checkup. The ever friendly technician Tyler arrived right on schedule. Having done our spring inspection, he even remembered our latest rescue cat had been stinky then, with matted fur and rotten teeth. After finishing his work Tyler gave our kitty much appreciated attention, full of pets and purrs, while we three humans conversed. Meanwhile, my husband and I were shocked to learn our unit is ten years old. It not only runs like new with the excellent prepaid service agreement, Tyler also left the outdoor heat pump looking almost new after hosing it down. These two humans and Dandelion the cat say thanks again, Hill Air. And we hope to see Tyler in the spring.”

“I recently had Logan Services install a new furnace and central AC in my home. To begin, the sales associate they sent to my property was to any standard an expert in his field. Yes, he did have strong sales experience, but he KNEW what he was talking about. Additionally, the installation team that was sent over was also very experienced. They noticed a few defects in my current ventilation system and did not hesitate to point them out to me. They worked fast and efficient, and were very friendly.
