“I had Obie come in for a weekend rush service and they were able to come by only a few hours later, and had the issue fixed relatively quickly. The fee was reasonable and they were more than happy to talk to me about heating systems, and even though we talked for at least 45 min, they didn't charge me for the info, and didn't even really try to sell me on the product; frankly, they told me that it probably wasn't worth it for me.
